Pithampur Plant, Madhya Pradesh
Our journey of taking the Indian commercial vehicle sector on the fast track began at this adaptive, lean, and agile plant. Driven by Volvo Production System, high-quality trucks, engines, and bus chassis are built here. The plant houses a fully-equipped Vehicle and Engine Development Centre. Additionally, it has a Fatigue Lab with complete Virtual Vehicle Integration capability and a Simulation Laboratory.

Baggad Plant, Madhya Pradesh
This future-ready facility is a multi-model plant that manufactures Light, Medium and Heavy-duty Bus Bodies, available in various power options, including diesel, CNG, and electric. It is equipped with a cutting-edge robotic paint system, using wet-on-wet epoxy and PU paint for a flawless finish.

Bhopal Plant, Madhya Pradesh
Strategically located in Bagroda Industrial Area, Bhopal, the plant is India's pioneering greenfield BS6 facility. Our popular range of BS6 Pro 2000 light-duty trucks is manufactured here.
We raised the bar for commercial vehicle manufacturing with this Industry 4.0 Standards Compliant Plant. This is where you will find a connected world of systems, automation and analytics interacting real-time. Sustainability is upheld through practices such as zero environmental discharge, wastewater treatment, and daylight and rainwater harvesting.
