You can sign up using your Eicher Live ID, Mobile Number, or Registration Number / Chassis Number.
Just click on the "New User Sign Up" button and fill out the form. Agree to the terms and conditions, then click on the “Proceed” button.
Log out of the app, click on ‘Forgot Password?’, enter your registered contact number, validate it via an OTP. and set a new password.
Click or tap on New User/Sign Up and enter your details. Soon after, the system will display a message like: Your Mobile number is ******7384 and EmailIiD is tes*@gmail.com. You can verify this information through an OTP.

Go to the ‘Uptime Management’ section from the left navigation and click on ‘Fleet health’ status to view active breakdown cases.
Navigate to 'Live Uptime Track' and click on the eye-shaped icon to view the current status of the vehicle.
