The first phase of Eicher Uptime services enabled experts to do real-time, remote vehicle health monitoring – they kept track of vehicles being tended to at Uptime-certified workshops across India.  Now in its second phase of evolution, Eiche Uptime has taken a step ahead – it monitors vehicle behavior in real time and predicts potential failures, thus ensuring effective preventive maintenance. All Eicher Vehicles are connected to the Uptime Centre at Pithampur (Madhya Pradesh) from where our trained experts offer 24x7 support.

We have a nationwide network of dealers and workshops, which boasts over 900 touchpoints. These touchpoints, spread across all the major highways, have trained technicians.
