<p>VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. (A Volvo Group and Eicher Motors joint venture) recorded sales of 8,092 units in February 2025 as compared to 7,424 units in February 2024, a growth of 9.0%. This includes 7,909 units of Eicher brand and 183 units of Volvo brand.</p>

<li>Eicher branded trucks &amp; buses have recorded sales of 7,909 units in February 2025 as compared to 7,246 units in February 2024 representing a growth of 9.1%.</li>
<li>In the domestic CV market, Eicher branded trucks &amp; buses have recorded sales of 7,357 units in February 2025 as compared to 6,930 units in February 2024, representing a growth of 6.2%.</li>
<li>On the Exports front, Eicher branded trucks &amp; buses recorded sales of 552 units in February 2025 as compared to 316 units in February 2024, representing a growth of 74.7%</li>
<li>Volvo Trucks and Volvo Buses recorded sales of 183 units in February 2025 as compared to 178 units in February 2024, representing a growth of 2.8%.</li>

<p><strong>Bhopal, February 12, 2025 </strong> - VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. (VECV), a joint venture between Volvo Group and Eicher Motors, inaugurated a dedicated manufacturing facility and delivered the first batch of Eicher Pro X trucks to leading Indian logistics providers who gathered in Bhopal today. This follows the successful launch of the Eicher Pro X small truck at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. </p>
<p>The all-new facility, located within VECV’s Industry 4.0 complaint Bhopal factory, was inaugurated by Martin  Lundstedt, President and CEO, Volvo Group and Siddhartha Lal, Chairman, Eicher Motors Ltd and Board Member, VECV.</p>
<p>Vehicles rolling off the all-women final assembly line at this brand-new facility were delivered to leading players in  the rapidly transforming Indian logistics industry.</p>
<p>Commenting on the occasion, <strong>Martin Lundstedt, President &amp; CEO, Volvo Group</strong>, said, <em>"Each time I visit India, I am truly amazed by the rapid pace of development, including the transformation towards sustainable and modern logistics and public transport. <p><strong>New Delhi, 3rd February, 2025</strong>: Eicher Trucks & Buses, a division of VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV), has secured a significant order from UPSRTC for 1,621 buses and 42 heavy-duty trucks. The order includes <strong>1,344 units of LMD Built-up Non-A/C Buses</strong> (Skyline Pro 3011 L and Skyline Pro 3010 L) for efficient passenger transport, <strong>197 units of Eicher Pro 6016 12m AC Buses</strong>, <strong>80 units of Eicher Pro 6016 CNG Bus Cowl Chassis</strong>, <strong>and 42 units of Eicher Pro 3019 Trucks</strong> for logistics and parts movement. This highlights Eicher Trucks and Buses commitment to providing reliable transportation solutions covering the entire operating requirement of State Transport Undertakings. The order is part of the Uttar Pradesh Government’s focus on infrastructure development and will significantly contribute to modernizing the state’s public transportation services.</p>
